We play flag football twice a month on Sundays from 930am to 1230pm (so you have time to watch the NFL games) in Cunningham Park located on 196th St and Union Turnpike in Queens. We have been doing this for 3 years now and want to meet people committed to showing up ready to play every time. Feel free to bring any friends/relatives if they want to play. The purpose of this group is to provide a fun way for women to get in shape by learning to play Australian Rules Football. During the winter time we will have indoor cardio training sessions and later switch to outdoor training. No experience is necessary!
